Freight Policy
The standard delivery cost is $7.50 including GST per order. Rural delivery is $14.00 per order. The delivery cost is displayed where you choose your shipping option upon your purchase when completing the checkout process.
If your order is very large or your delivery address is outside our normal delivery coverage a special delivery cost may be added, in this case we will contact you to discuss the charges and options. Please note that delivery to Waiheke Island, Stewart Island are likely to incur additional costs.
Storage Box does allow pick up in store, where there is a Storage Box in your area. Otherwise we will need to deliver your order to you and charge a courier fee for this.
Storage Box does not ship outside of New Zealand

Broken or Faulty Product Policy
If you receive product broken or faulty product you're entitled to have your product repaired, replaced or refunded under the Consumer Guarantees Act. This must be returned to the store you purchased from online and proof of purchase is required. Please contact the store which you originally purchased from. Please note we will not accept returns if you simply change your mind.

This item is perfect. I have been looking for something to hang my scarves on, for a long time. I did not want to fold them into a box or put them on a shelf. And they overlapped and became lost on the upright coat hanger I have had for years. I did not need anything too big as I do not wish to clutter my bedroom with any more treasures. I bought three. Two to hang on my door and one to hang on the curtain rail. Small and large scarves hang easily through the holes and I am able to see the colours and patterns at any time. After all, I buy the scarf for the colour and feel of the fabric. The other hanger has my thin cotton long cardies, also in a range of colours, soft and plain. The last one holds my sarongs. My sarongs are rich and deeper colours with lovely ethnic patterns. Now the coat hanger has my bags hanging on it, small and large and they look gorgeous. I was inspired to hang my necklaces over a special mirror so they can be seen individually. My earrings on are a lace doily I have attached to the wall to the side of my rimu dressing table and my rings reside in two lovely little pottery plates made by my friend. All in all a great purchase!

What a great idea to tidy up scarves. It is now so much easier for me to choose a scarf now that they are hanging in my wardrobe. No more rummaging about in drawers.
