Freight Policy
The standard delivery cost is $7.50 including GST per order. Rural delivery is $14.00 per order. The delivery cost is displayed where you choose your shipping option upon your purchase when completing the checkout process.
If your order is very large or your delivery address is outside our normal delivery coverage a special delivery cost may be added, in this case we will contact you to discuss the charges and options. Please note that delivery to Waiheke Island, Stewart Island are likely to incur additional costs.
Storage Box does allow pick up in store, where there is a Storage Box in your area. Otherwise we will need to deliver your order to you and charge a courier fee for this.
Storage Box does not ship outside of New Zealand
Order Purchases
There are quantities limits on some products when purchasing online. If you would like to purchase in bulk or trade quantities please contact your nearest Storage Box store.
Broken or Faulty Product Policy
If you receive product broken or faulty product you're entitled to have your product repaired, replaced or refunded under the Consumer Guarantees Act. This must be returned to the store you purchased from online and proof of purchase is required. Please contact the store which you originally purchased from. Please note we will not accept returns if you simply change your mind.

I ordered online the Elfa Starter Pack on 29 March. On the website of Storage Box that day it shows the pack includes "4 x 2012 mm Hang Standards" , but the box we received actually has 2 x 1.2m Hang Standards. Confused as we were, we took the two pieces back to the Wairau shop, and Kenda (Manager) was helpful enough to give us 2 long ones. We told her the website information is misleading to customers, as when people buy online without seeing the actual product or the actual information printed on the package, would totally rely on the information shown on the website. The website on 7 April still showed the incorrect information. I would suggest that your company fix the incorrect information as it will continue to mislead other customers. On the same subject, I would like to send my thanks for Kenda's patience and understanding. She and the other staff are always very helpful. I am a regular shopper to the shop and will continue to shop there in future.
